My friend goes to weekend retreats at the convent of the College of St. Scholastica, a Benedictin place. She thinks highly of the nuns and the Benedictin way. I don’t know much about it. She isn’t “really” Catholic, but “converted” for her marriage, but now had decided that the top down rules are too much for her, so she attends the Lutheran church.
